97 astro,3 radio stations and barely any volume

i can turn radio off and on. i can use p scan to get three radio stations, the same three everytime, 2 fm and 1 am. volume is very low and cannot adjust. cassette works but cd doesnt. time starts at 1:00 everytime i start van. nothing else works. tried to use the theft lock info in the manual, but that does nothing.

I'd suggest checking the antenna cable. It should read "open" (high resistance) across the connector, and it should be plugged in firmly. You could also use a chunk of wire as a temporary ant, to make sure the radio does work.
The cd: again, chech the cable that ties the 2 units together. I don't have one, so I can't say more on the cd.
