Brake pedal wont depress at slow speed

I have a 2001 awd astro and at slow speed the abs comes on and the brake pedal wont go down. all fluid it full(pwr steering,brake) I only get my brakes back when the abs fuse is removed but then i loose my awd.

Ok, the hydralic part works well. That leaves the ABS computers and controls. Not knowing much about these ABS's, I'd check all connectors, from the wheels to the "boxes".
Also, does anyone know how to find the "service buletins" (sp?). I've read there's a few recalls on the ABS.

The only way I know is to subscribe to AllData DIY.
Although now that I've typed it, I don't highly recommend the site. IMO it's a POS. The repair info bites.
