Catalytic Converter - Aftermarket Opinions

The guts in my catalytic converter started rattling the other day. Hoped it was a heat shield, but it's not....

Anyways, since I have to replace it anyway, does anyone have any recommendations for a replacement that might be more "free flowing"? Found one at Autozone that is listed as "direct fit" for $166. I'm half tempted to put a new cat back exhaust on at the same time, since the muffler and pipes are starting to get a little weak looking in spots. I'd like to stick with a cat that will bolt right in as opposed to having to fiddle around with adapters, etc.

Vehicle is a 99 Bravada. Figured there is more activity in this forum than the Bravada forum.

Any opinions are appreciated.
