Wrap a pair of channel locks around the hose at the tank and twist it until it breaks loose. Or you could always remove the entire hose by removing a few torx bolts from underneath the fuel door..

Keep in mind a replacement fuel-safe hose can run up to $70 a foot....

Fuel-safe?. You must be joking.
I also went to napa and got a piece of hose for $5.00. Just as safe as the rubber fittings on the fuel lines into/out of the filters.
Why pay the dealer to go down to Napa and buy the same hose, then sell it to you at a 400% mark-up?
