Check Engine Light

Hi, this is my first post in this forum, therefore pardone any mistakes. I have 1998 camery and all of the sudden the check engine light came on????? I am just clueless, any help will be appreciated.

The code came up because the computer detected some sort of engine or sensor malfunction. You will need to get the codes scanned. I am told that places like Autozone do it free. Very often it is something as simple as a loose gas cap.
