please help!!! I am at my whits end.

I am new to automotive forums, but it seems like there is plenty of information here.
ok i rolled my truck on holloween, and smashed my cab. when it rolled it rolled all the way back onto the wheels and never stopped running. my truck had no electrical or mechanical problems until after i changed the cab. with my new cab on, a new fuel pump, and cleaned injectors and carborator it will start for about 3 seconds and then die, every time. i have sufficient fuel pressure, there are no pinched fuel lines or any shorts in the fuel pump circuit. the fuel filter is fine. it can't be a fuel shut off switch can it? it ran after the accident. what else can i do?
here are some other things that may be relative; half my fuse box has no power, fuel pump fuse is good and has power, headlights turn signals and dash board are not working. the new cab is from a 94 gmc sanoma. i used the wiring harness that came with the sanoma cab. it has a few differrences such as there was a male connection instead of a female connection, so i cut the old one and spliced it to the new. also there was a connector with like 20 wires in it with a differrent plug than the one i needed. so i pulled out the wires i needed and cut the plug from the old harness and reattached. So, did my wiring harness shortcut bite me in the ass, or is that a completely differrent issue, or what?
