1999 Camry CLE trunk lid wiring

The cable bundle at my trunk hinge is binding. It doesn't seem to have any way to attach it to the hinge. Before I use cable ties, does anyone have a closeup photo that shows how it's supposed to be (so it doesn't get snagged when I close the trunk)?

If you secure it while the trunk is open, it shouldn't matter.

Re: 1999 Camry CLE trunk lid wiring

Well, it depends on WHERE you secure it. It's adjacent to the hinge, and if you fix it in the wrong place, when the trunk is fully open, it pinches it.

As it happens, I gave up on getting a response, figured it out myself, and used cable ties. Turns out the "pins" on the existing clamps (that push into holes in the hinge) had broken off. I could have bought new clamps, but it didn't seem worth it.
