Angry 91 K1500 Fuel Pump problems

I have a 91 K1500 with a 305. 6 months ago I replaced the pump assuming that was my problem, it ran fine for awhile but it has done it again. I replaced the fuse, and relay and still dont have any fuel. Is there anything else to check before I drop the tank again and replace the pump again??

At the top of the tank, inside, there is a plug in connector on many of these, known to corrode and actually burn up the terminals. Check this when you get the unit out of the tank. Ever remove the bed to get to the pump? Much easier I think - and you can wash everything off while you're at it.

contrary to popular belief there is a switch(ON SOME MODELS) at the oil pressure sending unit. ONE SOME MODELS. a three wire sending unit is like one of thes switches. simple switch no oil pressure no fuel. the switch may still be faulty even if oil pressure is good(pressure on guage)
