Muffler Question
Whats up...Im runnin a pacesetter header to 2.5 dynomax pipe to 2.5 speed fx muffler.,.,Its loud but i want louder. Any other mufflers that would give me the loud sound I want? Im thinking about the flowmaster 10 series 1 chamber race muffler or a imco exmtreme muffler. What do you think.,.,any ideas?

Re: Muffler Question
well if you run a muffler its going to muffle the sound. try running it without a muffler, thats as loud as its going to get.

Re: Muffler Question
Is your catalytic converter still in tact or have you hollowed it out?

Re: Re: Muffler Question
i had the muffler off for about a hour and it sounded the same as the glass pack just alittle louder but was slow.,.,and the cat isnt hollowed out now., but it was awhile ago wen i was runnin a dynomax superturbo muffler but i got a new cat...with the large pipe u need the cat for back pressure if it was up to me i would of never put the 2.5 pipe on the car seemed to be slower but i never changed it back.
still lookin for mufflers tho lol
