Angry 02 Cavalier Horn won't shut off airbag light is on

Wife took car to the carwash on the way home horn starts to go off can't shut it off and the air bag light goes on, pulled horn fuse nothing then pulled battery fuse 1 horn shuts off but all instrument panels and lights also.

well i crashed my 00 cavalier and when the airbag went off the horn did as well.....so the only thing i can think of to shut the horn off but won't help you with the airbag light is to take the airbag out and disconnect the wire..........that will stop the horn but then you have no airbag not sure if that's gonna be cool for ya or not but thats what stopped mine need info on how to remove it check my other posting it'll tell ya exactly how to remove it aight?
