T5 Manual Tranny swap
Does anyone have any experience with swapping out the original Rodeo T5 manual transmission ( mine is a '97 with a 2.6L ) for some other one? For example, one from a Ford Mustand, Chevy S-10, etc?
Are the gear ratios different? Connectors?
This seems to be a very common transmission. Mine is sticking between 1st and 2nd gears; I wonder if its easer to find a tranny at a wreckers from a late model Mustang or other car and install vs. a rebuild.
