Lightbulb wrecked 95

A good friend of mine is wanting to get a 95 taurus 84000 3.0 out of his driveway-- (was his dads-- given to daughter and she wrecked it) anywaythe front drivers side was hit right in front of the wheel--needs new front clip and fender (the pass. side fender is ok) My real concern here is that the coil spring is busted and the frame is bent-- Is this a tough fix -- I am confident w/my mechanical ability--just never played w/a frame b4 (except the wifes is there some other issues here that I need to look at also.
I live in MI and this car for a 95 has no rust!!! That is weird everything 7-10 years old around here gets some sort of rust on it-- just from the salt!!! Thanks for any advice!!!
