Front end question

Allright I just got back from an all expense paid tour of Iraq and started putting on all of the goodies on that I stockpiled while I was gone. One was a Prothane total kit.I put it on and tourqued everything and double checked everything but now I have this clunking noise whenever I go over bumps.I have climbed under the car and looked at everything and all I can come up with is the horizontal controll arm bushings. They have a metal sleeve that I think is popping back and forth whenever the suspension in light or compressed.Has anyone else here had this problem? Please help, the noise is driving me completely out of my mind. Thanks in advance
