Angry 96 cavalier no fire to blower motor???

HELP this cavalier has NO heat and it was -1 this morning! I took the blower out and put 12 volt to it and it works fine. There is no current to the wires under the dash where it plugs in OR where the resistor behind the blower plugs in either. So I took the top of the dash off and unplugged the fan switch itself and there is no 12 volt to ANY of those wires either? I'm lost and broke with no heat. Does anyone have an idea of what else to check. I have checked the fuses and there is fire to both sides of the fuse on the side of the dash and the one under the hood also. I even switched the relay from the coolant fan with the blower fan relay under the dash and that made no difference either!
I'M COLD!
Thanks for any help!
Rob

if fuses r ok and blower works fine only thing is trace the wires

it might be a loose connector somewhere in the way
