Question for BlazerLTgorgon2k 12-02-2005, 09:20 PM hey blazer, you seem to be the most informed person on here, or one of.... and i already took you advice and i found a z55 and i love it. but anyways... i just ordered my rims and tires and next im looking at intake and chip. one, i want to know did you notice i big difference adding the intake, and also adding the chip? or was it not worth the $. also, where did you get the chip and what brand? BlazerLT 12-03-2005, 12:20 AM What year do you have again? gorgon2k 12-03-2005, 09:52 PM its same as yours, 95 w. BlazerLT 12-04-2005, 12:11 AM intake did help but you only feel it in the higher rpms where the stock setup would start to restrict a bit. There is no chip for our year, we are both out of luck. dmbrisket 51 12-04-2005, 04:30 AM cant you call jet and have a prom cut for ya?? gorgon2k 12-04-2005, 11:10 AM boy, i really hate having a car one year before obII, but o well. BlazerLT 12-04-2005, 04:47 PM cant you call jet and have a prom cut for ya?? Not really, the cost of it would outweigh any benefits. Custom chips are not cheap for the small N/A gains you would see. ZL1power69 12-04-2005, 05:35 PM intake did help but you only feel it in the higher rpms where the stock setup would start to restrict a bit. There is no chip for our year, we are both out of luck. there are chips for a 95 cpi. both hypertech and jet make chips and one of them makes a chip with 6 selectible settings. I think all these chips do is dump more fuel into the engine and make u buy higher octane gas.
