power locks on T100

I have a 95 T100. There is a chapman security system on it with power locks. Yesterday, when I turned my truck off, the doors didn't automatically unlock as usual, so I tried to manually unlock the doors. Then the locks went crazy, locking and unlocking very rapidly and the only way to stop them was to turn the truck off. Now they won't do anything. If one of the locks is unlocked I hear a clicking sound(almost like a blinker is on), but if both are the same there is no noise. Can anyone give me any suggestions on what to do?
