I have a 87 S10 Blazer and my brother has a 88 S15 Jimmy that doesnt run but that does have a instrument cluster that has a tach what im wanting to know is will the cluster with the tach that i have with the wires will it work in my 87. The gas hand on the 88 is in the bottom left side and the gas hand on the 87 is where the the tach is on the 88 and so what im wanting to know is will the gas hand still work i know ill have to wire the tach for it to work or will i have to rewire the hole instrument cluster ???? Thanks DR

Well i compared both the 87 and the 88 clusters checked out the circuite board lokker the same so i went outside and got to work to change them out and everything worked. I ran the wires for the tach and it works and the gas hand works so it all worked out good.
