It seems so far, there's a new EVO every year or 2, since its intro.
So we might see the E viii next year. Anyway, u live in HKG and you're asking us in the U.S.
You should be able to find the hottest news before anyone on this side of the planet.

With that said.....so Simon (heng dei), tell us, when will the first E7s arrive here in the U.s.???

Well I just got word from Mitsubishi Germany that the EVO VII will be available shortly (in LHD trim!). This doesn't mean you US boys are going to get it (as the EVO V & VI was available in LHD too), but still.....

Well a big issue is the front bumper...

Hopefully, it will pass US crash testing, now that the big foglights are gone. That was another problem with the Lan Evo. Now the intercooler/bumper placement needs to be taken care of.

I doubt the foglights are an issue on the VI. The VI didn't have any, but only (as we call it) Madonna cupholders. BTW the WRX does have the foglights in the bumper.

I think the main issue is the not the IC itself, but the bumper strength.
