Was wondering if I got a fancy remote starter, could that be hooked into my power locks to give me a keyless entry?

(I have a 95 GC Laredo with power locks, but no keyless entry)

Yes it can, you will have to make sure you get a kit that includes keyless entry function. I know some others call for additional relays as well.

Yes it can, provided the unit has that option. The last jeep I did, I had to remove the door panels and wire in relays not only in the drivers door but the passengers as well. This was so when the keyless triggered the doors and would bypass the door switch first because all wires rest at ground on the switch.. Try to send + into a wire resting at ground doesn't work lol
