How Do You Adjust The Tv Cable On A 89 Caprice With A 305 T.b.i. And Th200 4r Tranny?

There should be a spring loaded clip near or at the bracket wheer the TV cable mounts to. Press the clip down, and pull the outer layer of the TV calbe back toward the firewall as far as it goes. Then bring the throttle to WOT, and release and the cable should be set.
