I got my engine checked out by my mechanic where i work and he gave me 4 different numbers for compression.... 1: 180 2: 195 3: 190 4: 185...what do they mean???

Thats excellent compression numbers no matter what your driving. Not only are they high readings, but they are all close together.

The main thing to look for in a compression test is consistency across all cylinders. Your compression there doesn't seem to be bad.

consistency is good across the board, but, you wouldnt want to see those numbers on an itr ;)

its a d16z6 body has 199k...the previous owner said that they built a rebuilt motor in
