03 cavy door panel removal

just wondering how to remove a 2003's door panels, w/ manual crank windows, cant seem to find the tool to remove the window handles anywhere. i want to put some alpine 5x7 in. speakers in and i dunno if they will fit. if anyone has knowledge on the door panel and/or speaker thing, please lemme know, its EXTREMELY frustrating dealing w/ a blown front left speaker..........

You probally rig the 5x7s in there. They have 4x6s stock.I seen on ebay they have 6 1/2 mounting plates that bolt right up to the 4x6 holes. The window crank tool can be found at a auto parts store.
