timndez 11-22-2005, 08:21 PM 1998 GMC Jimmy 4.3l 4WD Fuel pump was working fine before I changed the fuel filter. The fuel pump whined once when I tried to start it immediately after changing the filter. I have not heard the fuel pump whine since... Any ideas??? Thanks Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
