I haven't done it myself, but I've heard its as simple as dropping the driveshaft, pulling out the seal, and sticking in the new one.

The dealer wanted $65 bucks found the same thing at aoutzone for $15.99. Mine came out easy but it was a little tricky getting the new one started i just tapped it around with a small hammer. The only fluid that came out was on the spline of the driveshaft.
