2002 New VW Beetle Emergency Brake light keeps coming on!

Please help! I checked my brake fluid it is low already!!! I just got an oil change and all my fluids topped off by the dealer two weeks ago. What do u guys think is the problem? Do I need new brakes or what?!?!

how much mileage ?. if all of a sudden loss, bring it in for barke inspection. chances are, your fluid is going somewhere. check under the car for fluid leaking out. unless pads are worn way down, the fluid should not go that low unless a leak is present.
