Angry will only run when i unplug the IAT

hi i have a 97 grand am se with the 3.1 in it. when i start the car it will only run for a few seconds and then dies off. If I try to give it gas it just kills it that much quicker. I have pulled the codes and got a code MAF and the MAP sensors. Thinking it was the MAF sensor i replaced it but it did no good. I found that i can get the car to run when i unplug the IAT but it runs rough and pours black smoke out. I have good fuel pressure and have listened for any major vaccum leaks. this car has me stumped. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Get a new IAT sensor. It should only run you around 10 dollars, or possibly less at a junkyard. It should solve your problem.
