Need ECU for turbo 323

I recently got a great deal on a low mile 1998 323is and love it. My only problem is the lack of power. I have just begun fabrication on a turbo kit but I am having trouble finding an ECU solution. Any ideas?

I'm planning a garrett T-03BB but i'm open to suggestions. My fabricator is taking care of the manifold and piping. What do you mean by remote? Turbo Location?
