hatch opener actuator

hey guys im triying to find a place where i can order a hatch opener actuator. its for a 99 GSR its the elecrtic motor that releases the lock on the hatch. if any 1 knows where i can find a working one let me know. thanx..

well i don't know much about the 3rd gens body and chassis but are you sure its a motor actuated latch and not a release cable? that may be why you are having trouble finding one?

acura dealership, parts counter. but its not an electric motor if it is electric its a solonoid and its probably custom. all the third gens ive seen (including mine) have a cable release. i added a solonoid to mine but it still has a cable

i don't think i have a motor on mine.....i just have a little lever thing under the rear hatch and that's the only way to get in

that lever is the one that makes the actuator (electric motor) release the hatch. but any way,im already used to release the hatch with the key, so i gues il leave it as it is. thanx y'all.
