Two weeks ago I had to get body work done and then have her inspected. They repacked the rotors and put new break pads on. Ever since I hear a metallic squealing from the front end. It's not a belt because it only occurs ONLY while driving.

Take it back to the people that did your brakes and tell them its been squealing since it was fixed and ask them to figure it out - its probably something they did on the brake job.
