$400 iroc

I was talking to one of my friends who has a 85 iroc with a 350 tpi t-tops and 4-wheel disc brakes and says he will sell 4 $400, it dosent run and he keeping the rims and tires. he told me his brother swithed the motor a long time ago and drove it for a while and one day it wouldn't start. it been sitting there for 8 or so months. body is in decent shape. and the interior needs alot of work. Do you guys think it a good buy? if so i think me and my dad will both go in on it.

As long as it dosen't have alot of rust, if I was there it would be gone quicker than a pizza at a weightwatches convention.

Re: $400 iroc

Go for it, I bagged my '85 for 400. Supposidly hadd blown rings and wouldn't start.

8 fouled plugs swapped and a reset ignition timing and no problems.

Depends on what you want to do with it. If drive it find out whats wrong with it and if it can be fixed. I bought a 85' RS camaro with sap all over it , an engine with a blown connecting rod out the sid of the block( The kid told me it was a blown head gasket), and the interior had trash, mice, and a nice pasty stack of wet newspapers in the trunk. And when i moved the newspapers there was a lake in the son of a bitch. But I towed it home, cleaned it up, pulled the 2.8L V6 out and put a bored out rebuilt 350 in it. So it depends on what you want to do with it.Oh and I bought mine for $150.
