drive shaft yolk to transfer case seal

I would like to know if anyone has any info on the seal the goes between the front drive shaft yolk and the transfer case. Does anyone know the name for the seal? How hard of a job is it to do? Does this require any specials tools? It looks pretty easy with a outer hub/bearing nut about 36mm, then just pop out old seal and replace with new one. Any information would be much appreciated.

85 chevy blazer full size w/454 and 700r4. 33s on 6in lift.
