Coolant in cyliner and vacume lines question

Here is my problem, hope someone can help. Just replaced the head gasket yesterday (engine rebuild 9K ago) and now I have water in all of the cylinders and vacume lines. These are being filled at a rather fast rate. Does it sound like the lines on the bottom of the intake have been put on wrong? There are at least 4 lines and they are all the same size. I know 2 are for the coolant lines and the other are vacume lines. Anyone ever run into this?

Thanks, Gator.

Ya just switch the lines around till there is no water. But mark the lines where they are now just in case that is not the problem so you know where they were.

Can't fire him, he did the rebuild for nothing. Actually a very good master mechanic, just doesn't work on yotas, he works on mopar crap. He says there is not enough money in toyotas but plenty in mopar junk!!! Accidents happen when all of the lines are the same size.
