Pathfinder 2000 SEzbukhari 11-06-2005, 02:09 AM I have 105K on my pathfinder, a friend on mine told me that I better get 105K service which also include timing belt change, another friend said I donot have to change the timing belt for another 10K, is that true??? comments will be very much appreciated!!!! lewisnc100 11-07-2005, 07:19 AM Timing belt is due at 105k miles. denisb 11-07-2005, 07:24 AM Ditto. You don't want to stretch this and find out the hard way that you went 10k to far the hard way. Better spend $500 now than $3000 later for a motor. Denis zbukhari 11-09-2005, 02:30 PM Thanks every one for valueable info.. 02pathfinder 11-25-2005, 10:22 AM i thought the pathfinders have a timing chain and dont require any changing i have a 02 is this true? lewisnc100 11-27-2005, 02:08 PM Pathfinders up until model year 2000 had a timing belt, 2001 and newer have a timing chain. denisb 11-28-2005, 09:08 PM Pathfinders up until model year 2000 had a timing belt, 2001 and newer have a timing chain. I beleive the 4 cylinders have a timing chain also. Not 100% shure though. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
