Neon motor build

Does anyone know of a school that I can go to around missouri to learn how to bulid motors for neons and other 4 cyls?

I don't know of any schools that teach you how to build just 4 cyl engines. An ASE certified school should help you out. Besides building a neon motor isn't very difficult. You just need time, money, and a good manual. Here is a link to a book that might help you with your neon...

I just bought that one off ebay it tells you some info but not in depth
