interior lighting

hey,

I've got a 2002 jetta and i was wondering if there's any easy way to replace the rear interior bulbs over the rear doors. They seem to slide and pull down a little but the fixture doesnt come out. The people at the VW place (well the person who answers the phone) said i need a special tool but I'm pretty sure thats not true. Anyone done this and can give me some feedback.

Thanks

Thumbs up

I believe the man is right actually. You do need a tool to pull the light fixture out without braking the poly-urethane clips that hold it up. I have a 2002 Jetta, so Ill take a look at mine and let you know what thats all about. Maybe you should try using a flat head or a putty knife, but be careful not to scratch anything! :licker:
