2002 SC2 automatic 1.9 DOHC,
95,000 km is suddenly and completely dead, i.e no power to anything. engine does not turn over, dashlights do not light, no headlights, no remote keyless entry--in fact must lock car with key as manual engage of door panel lock/unlock does not work.
Car is serviced regularly. Serpentine belt was replaced 4,000 km ago as dealer noticed wear. Since belt replacement have noticed delay in transmission shift on long hilly drive, however it did shift.
HELP!!!

Problem solved with battery replacement!
Nothing to do with serpentine belt
Just never experienced battery failure before--starter and alternator many times and they start acting up long before they die.
