My speedometer quit on my 2002 Dodge Neon. I have changed Both sensors, and the tcm. However that didn't help anything. The car won't shift out of second because it doesn't have a speedometer. If anyone can help me with this and give me some advice as to what might be the problem I would really appreciate it!!!! All of the shops I have taken it to says its the transmission but i think that its not shifting because I have no speedometer.

Your speedometer does not tell your transmission when to shift. You could take out your entire cluster and still drive it around. The unability to shift could be your transmission inout or output speed sensor. Or just your speed sensor.
