Angry E36 325i saloon rear subframe torn from floor pan

Hi folks new to the fourm and badly in need of help i have ripped the subframe mounts out of the floor and i hope to put up picturs next week.But till then i was wondering has anyone done the repairjob all ready as i have a full garge to do the work in.And i have idea what to do i have bought reinforcement plates from tunner motosport but would like a pictur digram of what to do any help would be great
