taurus ax4n valve body

I am trying to replace a valve body on a ford AX4N Tranny. Took everything apart but can't get the valve body off the pump shaft.
I removed all the bolts except those noted in the ford service manual as "do not remove" (2 on the solenoids & 6 on the pump body)

Any suggestions?
thanks
joe

replaced the valve body.
4 of the pump bolts run through the valve body (even though the ford shop manual says not to pull the pump bolts)
