New cluster?

Does anyone know where I can find a aftermarket cluster for a 99 neon? with speedo and all that crap

I don't think there are any aftermarket clusters...You can buy a stock one and pop it in from eBay or a junkyard. You can even swap the odometers to keep your mileage correct.

but how would you be able to tell how many miles a hour you are going if you get above 120?

Have a cop clock your speed...LOL!

I know some people have put an SRT-4 cluster in there first gen, but I have no idea how and what they did to make it fit. It goes to 160MPH. Do some searching.
