transmission cooling lines

i have a 4l60e transmission. i took my time putting it back in to the truck. now i havr a dumb question. does it matter which way the transmission fluid goes through the cooler? in other words, is there a right and wrong way to hook the transmission lines up to the transmission?

umm i dont think it would matter all that much because i think its just a waterjacket deally and it prolly doesnt have one way valves or something in it so i would prolly just hook them up whatever way makes the tubes fit the best
