Removing radio bezel onn '98

Does anyone know how to remove the radio bezel without cracking or breaking it? I already know how to do it with breaking it. Thanks

Remove the ashtray. Then pull from the bottom of the panel near the outside edges. It should come right off at the bottom. Then work your way up the sides until you feel where the the other 2 clips are and pull outward near the clips. You can use a dental pic to help locate and pull the last 2 clips. It also helps if the car is nice and warm inside so the plastic is less brittle. Once it is free, remove any electrical connectors from the backside.

Thanks Mike. In the past I've broken 2 of these, but if I recall , I started at the top. Dental pick you say? Being a dentist ,(really), I might find 1 or 2 lying around.

Slow an easy from the bottom worked fine. I did use a dental explorer.
