I just paid 200 to try to get my speedometer working.
They said it was my speed sensor that was the problem
well it wasn't the speed sensor.
I was reading about other peoples problems and no one actually said how the got theirs fixed.
If I had to get a new speedometer does anybody know how much that is
please if anybody knows whats going on help

It just sits on 20mph
once in a blue moon it works for a couple of minutes

Does it sit on 20 with the ignition off? If it does it is the speedometer. Try a junk yard for a replacement.

If they said it was the speed sensor and they replaced it and that didn't fix the problem they should remove it and continue on to fix the problem. As you describe the problem it sure points to the speed sensor/pulser especially if the cruise control didn't work. That would be the first thing I would change and it is the easiest. It could be a speedometer or the ATU, neither is an easy part to swap. The problem with electrical problems is that dealers charge based on straight time plus parts. I think your best bet is to let the dealer fix the problem. They are most familar with Hondas.
