modular and non modular clutch

my 1st gen has a modular clutch can the modular clutch assembly be replaced with a non modular. or any other suggestions about this situation?

simple answer is yes. just be sure you get a flywheel what will bolt up to the motor, and a pressure plate/disc combo that will bolt up to the fly

can i use one a non modular from another neon in place of my modular, as oppesed to buying new parts, and if so will it bolt direct?

yes it should be just fine. but a modular unit is way easier to install.

so if i upgrade to a better modular system its just as good? do you know any modular upgrades? also are these upgraded modular system any good?
