the guy at toyota dealer was saying this you know "toyota Celica" i thought he was bull****ing me...but do you gusy know anything about?

well they discontinued the shipment of celicas to the US so their just saying that the Tc is the celica because its the only sport-typed car that toyota is manufacturing

its not, the only reason why they didnt call it Xc (like they were going to) is beucase volvo has the copyright for that car name, sso they had to change it to tc, it actually was coiming out as Xc untill they got slapped with a suite

lol....xa and xb are the gayest thigns toytoa has ever made....the Tc isnt that bad, id take one over an rsx (not s) anyday, there not slow...high 15's, not fast but just not very slow, and there pretty comfortable, all that for under 20K aint hat bad

if u turbo charged a TC and put enough work into it it could be pretty fast car i'd choose a 96 celica gts over it tho just cuz i love celica's

hey now... I just bought an xb...

the xA is ok, works for what it does. I'm actually trying to get my mother to buy a xB cuz it would serve all her purposes as well as get great gasmilage and be cheap. The main thing I have against the xB is the front end, it being a box doesn't really bother me because that shape offers the most interior room and keeps the heat down cuz the windshield is so verticle.

All Scions are low end piece of junk Toyotas. The TC was modeled after the Celica but will never live up to the Celica's standards. Look at how many gens Celicas have gone through and survived. I don't think the TC will last 1 maybe 2 gens if that. The XB's are so ugly....who would wanna drive around in a box...please. This is just my opinion please don't be offended by it.

I like the room, and what they come with from the factories, like power windows/locks/mirrors, scions are cheap yes, but the powertrain is basicly bullet proof they come with the echo engine, which has been around for a little more then a decade
