old vid, but some haven't seen it
here's a vid i posted a while back but i know that some of you guys didn't see it so i'm gonna put it back up...
this was the night i first got my car started, my dad's driving, you can see that he hits it at first, does nothing but spin, backs off and hits it again... watch as my headlights go up and down when he punches it
he backed off at 45, the top of first gear, still about 50 ft before the camera...

and yes two taillights were out then... lol

OMG!!! Dave, you guys did a really good job with the swap. Everything is so clean and neat. That shit sounds awesome. He peeled tire all the way to 50mph? Amazing! I can't until i drive my car again this summer. LT1's in 3rd gens are the bomb!!

Btw Dave, your pops is awesome. My pops is like that aswell. When we put the new rearend on, along with the catback, he did a nice burnout. He's heavy with the foot, just as i am.

lol he didn't burn till 50... he burned for a couple seconds, backed off the gas and punched it again... when he got off the gas just before the camera he was at 45... i'm not sure if it will burn till 50, the tires just sit there and spin you don't really accelerate much lol... granted if i punch it at 50 then i'll burn a lil

Re: old vid, but some haven't seen it
Awesome!! My moms can't stand it, but pops is always there to back me up. When i told my moms that i was going to get another engine, she was like "Thats a waste of money, your gonna get yourself killed". My father's response was "you gotta have more power sometimes". He has the biggest grin on his face everytime he catches me burning them up.

Re: old vid, but some haven't seen it
Yeah, when it comes to cars, my mom could car less. She almost had an accident on a highway once, and that was a enough right there. She drives all the time, just perfers some slow and grandma like, but she takes my 84 Camaro, i don't get it.
