duel mass or single mass fly wheel?

Hi i have an 87 325ic got the tranny out with some good insight from some of the forum members here, but was wondering how to tell if i have a single or duel mass fly wheel, stock has been machined three time that i know of and who knows before, so i was checking out Turner motorsports for their lightweight flywheels, hence my question. Thanks
