My front seat belts on my 730i will not return fully, only with help pushing belt into slot. How do I get to the tensioner to fix this problem myself?.

I suffer from the same problem, only on all front and rear seat belts. My car is a 1990, and I think after 12 years it may be time to replace them. Anyone out there who can answer the previous question?
