Whhat would be better to swap into a 91 mr2? I want LSd and it comes with the 3rd gen stock but i have to pay extra for it with the 2nd gen

second gen motors are easier to find parts for in the U.S., that coupled with their cost is why most people go 2nd. The third gen has alot of improvements over the second and comes underated from the factory at 245hp, they typically pull 265 to 270hp at the crank in stock form. The LSD is sweet also, im only running 215/40 17s on the rear wheels which helps reduce unsprung weight. You could of course build a second gen up to the same or more horsepower. I wanted as much stock horsepower as I could get because I also like stock reliability and dont plan on many upgrades.
