does anyone know what this is and how it can be fixed?

your intake manifold is leaking in the back. GM uses rtv at the front and back of the intake and it breaks down and leaks. It takes about six hours to replace the gaskets. Its not hard, just time consuming because you have to take everything off on the top of the intake. Keep track of where everything came off and you will be fine
